accessing the site or any content on the site, you agree to become bound by these Website Terms.
Use Website
The User must comply with French law and other applicable laws or regulations when using the Website.
The User may not distribute the following via the Website:
Plagiarism and/or previously published content.
Pornographic films, images or other media with an erotic content.
Texts or images that are offensive, racist, discriminatory or hateful.
Unsolicited advertising (spam).
Incorrect or misleading information; and/or

Complaints
If the User wishes to report a complaint with Imerale, the User can send an e-mail to contact@imerale.com with details of the complaint.
Complaints to Imerale will be answered within a period of 14 days, calculated from the date of receipt.
Engagement of third parties
Imerale is entitled, where necessary, to engage third parties in the performance of the services. Imerale is
not obliged to inform the User about this. Using the services of Imerale implies that the User authorises
Imerale to also accept any liability limitations of third parties on behalf of the User.
Imerale takes the utmost care when engaging third parties. However, Imerale is not liable for the acts or
omissions of these engaged third parties, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Imerale.
